Consent to Show My Profile to Employers

I give the operator (the operator's details will be published before registration opens; the Operator) of the Gradly platform (gradly.uz; the Platform) my consent to show my profile to verified employers in candidate search and among the suggested candidates for their vacancies on the Platform, and I allow them to invite me to apply for a vacancy.

What employers will see

  • in search results and suggestions: my first name and the initial of my last name, education (institution, field of study, graduation year), region, skills and an explanation of how well I fit the vacancy;
  • in my profile, if an employer opens it: personal summary, work experience, projects, languages and skills;
  • contact details (phone and email address) and the CV file — only after a separate action by the employer.

Employers do not see my career readiness score, my applications to other companies or my saved vacancies.

Who will see it

Only members of the teams of employer organizations verified by the Operator. Universities and government bodies do not see my profile. Every appearance in search and suggestions and every view of my profile, contact details and CV is recorded in a log together with the organization and the time; I see them on the "Who viewed my profile" page and in the daily summary.

Invitations

  • An employer may invite me to apply for one of its vacancies; I will be notified.
  • An invitation does not oblige me to anything: I can apply or decline it. A declined invitation to the same vacancy is never sent again.

Conditions

  • This consent is optional: without it I can still use the Platform and apply for vacancies.
  • Employers whose vacancies I applied to see my profile regardless of this consent while my application is active.
  • An employer may use my data only for recruitment. Once it receives the data, it processes it as an independent operator and complies with personal data legislation.

Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid until withdrawn. I can withdraw it at any time in my account settings, after which my profile no longer appears in search or suggestions and no new invitations arrive. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of showing my profile before it, and does not affect applications already sent.
