Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, a user of the Gradly platform (gradly.uz; the Platform), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give the operator of the Platform (the operator's details will be published before registration opens; the Operator) my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

What data

  • account data: first and last name, email address, role on the Platform, interface language;
  • for students and graduates: education, profile and CV (phone, city, personal summary, work experience, projects, certificates, languages, skills, interests, job preferences, the CV file and a CV photo if I upload them), applications and cover letters, selection stages, interview invitations and my answers, messages with employers about my applications, saved vacancies, saved searches, the career readiness score and its weekly values;
  • for employer representatives: contact details, information about the organization and their role in its team, messages with candidates, notes on applications;
  • technical data: IP address, browser and device details, session data, security log entries, anonymized error reports.

Purposes

  • creating and maintaining my account and signing in to the Platform;
  • building my profile and CV, and tips on the text of my CV;
  • sharing my profile, CV and cover letter with the employer whose vacancy I apply to and with its team; moving my application through the selection stages;
  • messages with the employer about my application;
  • vacancy recommendations with explanations, the career readiness score, assistant tips and draft cover letters — computed by algorithms on the Platform's servers;
  • notifications on the Platform and by email about application status, messages, interviews, new vacancies for my saved searches, deadlines and account security;
  • downloading my data, deleting my account, the "Who viewed my profile" page and its daily summary;
  • Platform security: antivirus scanning of files, records of access to personal data, error reports, backups;
  • preparing anonymized statistics;
  • compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Actions with the data

Collection, systematization, storage, modification, supplementation, use, provision, transfer, anonymization and destruction, with or without automated means. Recommendations and match assessments are computed automatically, but people make every decision to hire or reject.

Who may receive the data

  • an employer and its team members — only the profile, CV and cover letter that I send with an application to its vacancy, and our messages about that application;
  • processors acting on the Operator's instructions (hosting provider in the Republic of Uzbekistan, email service) — to the extent needed to run the Platform;
  • government bodies — in cases provided for by law.

Showing my profile in candidate search and suggestions, invitations to apply and Telegram notifications are not covered by this consent: they require separate consents.

Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid until I withdraw it or delete my account. The Platform cannot be used without this consent, so withdrawing it means deleting my account: I can delete it in my settings (with a 30-day grace period) or by writing to privacy@gradly.uz. After deletion, data is kept only to the extent and for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy, and is then destroyed.
