Consent to Data Transfer to Telegram
Preliminary edition, pending legal review. The operator's details and the values marked in the text will be published before registration opens.
I give the operator (the operator's details will be published before registration opens; the Operator) of the Gradly platform (gradly.uz; the Platform) my consent to the cross-border transfer of my personal data to the Telegram messenger, so that I can receive notifications from the Platform there.
What data
- The Operator stores my Telegram chat ID and username on the Platform to link them to my account.
- To send notifications, the Operator transfers my chat ID and the notification texts to Telegram. The texts are short and general: what happened and a link to the Platform, without message texts, vacancy or company names, or people's names.
- Contact details, the CV and other profile data are not sent to Telegram.
Where the data goes
Telegram is a third-party service whose servers are located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan. Processing on Telegram's side is governed by Telegram's rules and by the law of the country where the servers are located. That law may provide a different level of personal data protection than the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Conditions
- This consent is optional: without it I still receive notifications on the Platform and by email.
- The consent is given when I connect Telegram to my account and is valid until withdrawn.
- I can withdraw it at any time by disconnecting Telegram in my account settings. The Operator then stops sending notifications to Telegram and deletes the chat ID. Messages already delivered to Telegram stay in my chat, and I can delete them myself.
