Interview trainer
No external AIDraft for review by experts and native speakers
Your answers and recordings stay on your device. The interview trainer helps you rehearse. It suggests how to structure an answer, but it never says "pass" or "fail".
Where the questions come from
- The Platform team wrote the question bank, and HR practitioners review it. It contains no ready "right answers" to memorize.
- Question types: behavioural (tell me about a time when…), role questions for each of the 8 spheres at the "intern", "junior" and "middle" levels, motivation questions, and 3 questions for every profession of the register.
- Every question has a hint before you answer and a list of topics worth covering.
How a session works
- You choose a profession or sphere, a level and the question types. A session has 3 to 10 questions, 6 by default. Questions from your last three sessions are not repeated.
- Timers: 30 seconds to prepare and 2 minutes to answer. You can change them or turn them off entirely — there is no need to rush.
- You can answer in text or with a voice or video recording.
- After each answer — a short checklist based on the STAR method and your own rating from 1 to 5.
What the text answer analysis checks
The analysis runs in your browser and looks at the structure of an answer, not at whether it is right:
- STAR: whether the answer has a situation, a task, your actions and a result;
- first-person actions: what you yourself did;
- numbers and results: whether there is a measurable outcome;
- length: whether the answer fits the time it is meant to take;
- filler words and hedging;
- "I" and "we": whether your own role in team work is clear;
- the question's topics: whether you covered what is worth mentioning in this particular question.
You get a checklist with the places it found in your text and concrete tips. The analysis works in Russian, Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic) and English.
Voice and video recordings
- A recording is kept in the browser's memory: you can play it back and save it to your device. It is never sent to the server.
- There is no speech recognition: the recognition services built into browsers send audio to servers abroad, so we do not use them. For recordings, you check yourself against the STAR checklist.
- The microphone and camera are allowed only on the trainer's pages and only after you allow them in your browser.
What is kept
- On the server — only the session's facts: the questions, preparation and answer times, your rating and the analysis marks (for example, "no result"), for 12 months. The text of your answers is not there.
- In your browser — drafts of your text answers, for 30 days or until you delete them.
- You can delete a whole session. Employers and universities do not see your sessions.
Limitations
- The analysis is formal: it notices structure and wording but does not check whether an answer is right.
- The trainer does not replace live practice with a person: ask a classmate or the career centre to play the interviewer.
- A real interview may ask different questions.
